MAC Address - I've replaced my iPad and can no longer access the Cloud/BT Openzone, how do I reset the MAC address?

To get your iPads MAC Address,
  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap About
  4. The MAC address will be displayed next to Wi-Fi Address.
To get your iPads IP Address,
  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Wi-Fi
  3. Tap the name of the wireless network you are connected to
  4. The IP address will be displayed here.
You can reset the MAC address by using this form.
