Location Services - Can I use location based services with my iPad as it doesn't have GPS?

The iPad Wi-Fi + 3G does not have GPS but can use Location Services. It does this through the iPads Wi-Fi connection and the 3G connection to the mobile network to determine your location.
You can turn the Location Services off if you don’t want to use this feature. If you turn Location Services off, you’ll be prompted to turn it on again whenever an application tries to use this feature.
Turning Location Services On/Off

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap Location Services
4. Tap On or Off.
